Communication was excellent and she even went out of her way to reach out to other KB homes parties to get some of the home closing pieces done last minute. Took the time to also explain items and gave generous heads up for items way before their due dates, which was highly appreciated.
Sapna did very well i her part. But loan process needs a lot of improvement.

Sapna did a great job by engaging with us from the beginning and was always available, even a little after hours, to answer questions and clarify. She helped in many ways by engaging with the builder and loan processor to make sure we close the house in a timely manner.
