We were asked to sign multiple documents with wrong information. Although we had the information when requested, the closing week was a disaster: we identified multiple mistakes in these documents, and we were asked to sign them anyways due to meeting the closing date. Some very delicate documents stating I was a US citizen, which I am not yet. And, in the same documents a page stating that lying in mortgage documentation is a federal crime.

We expect a high level of attention to details and corrections as needed. We asked for two corrections in documents to sign and we were asked to sing it anyway, being wrong. That could imply fraud, it was a really bad advice.

It would have been nice to have clear communication. As first time home buyers this was a new process for us. In the beginning Sapna overloaded us with information in which we had to request that she simply answer our questions without going on unrelated tangents. Then after that, we barely received any communication and were bounced around between her and others. She would not respond or communicate with my husband despite him being the main point of contact. It wasn't until closing that she wanted to be helpful.
