Sarah was great to work with. She kept me updated and the process was rather smooth. The only negative was that it seemed like some of the behind the scenes things were not exactly smooth. I am not sure who has access to all of the files and such, but assuming there are notes and information available to all involved, those that reach out and contact the borrower should be informed on aspects of the transaction before reaching out so they are not asking for the same information multiple times or coming across in a fashion... read more
