Everything Sarah did to help was great. Unfortunately, the back and forth with KBhomes, KBHS, and me was infuriating. During the underwriter process I had to give and dedicate more than 10 to 20 hours of my own personal time so that the underwriter could keep on getting updated information. The whole underwriting process was one of the worst experiences of my entire life. We are happy about having a home but the way I was treated personally From that perspective was unexcusable.
