The communication efforts by Sarah were great. However, Belle Barraza was not precise with her dealings in this transaction . It don’t know if it was miscommunication between Belle and Sarah but that needs to be fixed ASAP. They should be on the same page when they are asking people to sign loans that exceed a $450K!
