Sarah has great customer service and was able to answer all of our questions. Also the escrow did not go a long as previous attempts which was great.
Sarah made this process quite easy. She was so helpful, answered all my questions and in a timely manner. She promised and definitely delivered. I came from a previous lender who had 3 people working on my loan, which ended up being denied. Sarah said she would be able to get it done. And she did, all by herself. I will definitely reccomend my friends and family to her!

I do not recommend Sarah as an agent. She completely dropped the ball with our loan. She did not inform us on our up to date status. This was our second home purchase and it was horrible until her boss found out what was going on and she took over. Sarah did not tell us we are suppose to lock in a mortgages rate. She did not inform us that there was such a thing to lock a rate and be able to float it down if it dropped.
