The front room staff was welcoming and professional. The vet was kind and allowed me to choose the level of care I could afford for my Sick puppy without shaming me for not following his complete treatment plan. I will be back to follow up and believe Saratoga veterinary hospital will be my puppies care team for years to come
Awesome!!! I felt they were truthful and true animal lovers. The vet spent time answering all my questions and gave me a lot of information on caring for my new puppy. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I have found a great new vet for my Sophie!
The Staff and Dr's are very caring- the office environment is friendly.
The staff was very friendly and caring. The doctor however was professional but not very friendly which made my dog nervous.

Thank you for resolving the same day that I called you my concern that my dog will run out of his medication. Too bad you are no longer open on Saturdays, that worked great for me, I could make appointments for my dogs on Saturdays. Because I work from Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Other than that, you guys do a great job and you are great
On time, friendly, sweet and compassionate with my dog, staff knowledgeable and gave me detailed information.
Overall good care for free my dog and wonderful people at front desk.
