I wrote a review recently wondering why my dog wasn't given a pain killer when I brought him in, obviously in a lot of pain. Dr. Chris commented on that when I went to see him today to check out Ernie. He patiently explained to me that a pain killer would only mask the symptoms and he had to examine Ernie before he could give him pain meds. As a result of his care, Ernie is doing so much better and, importantly, now I get it. Thanks, Dr. Chris, for gently setting me straight. Jill Wing
