Techs were great and super friendly and helpful. Felt extremely rushed by actual dr/Vet. Rambled off things my animals needed to have without explaining and was absolutely not personable. Felt very uncomfortable with Dr but the exact opposite with the Staff.

The most caring, professional, patient staff and doctors. I am truly grateful for all they have done for Pluto. The staff are super responsive, every time I call and ask a question - it only takes seconds that they email me the information I requested or fax claims to insurance company.
