Outstanding experience as always
The employees were very nice. As was the dentist. And they treated my son very well and did a good job. But I feel like I was misled about the office taking my insurance. I asked before I brought my child there if you took my insurance and you said yes. It's my fault I trusted what you said and assumed you worked with my insurance company without double checking. Now I am stuck with a bill on something that should have been covered 100%. Thankfully it is only a small bill
it's always a pleasure seeing everyone at the office. I am always called back for the cleaning in a very timely fashion and the staff, as well as Dr. Sattler, are so very nice! The bread was absolutely delicious! Thank you so much for giving it to me!
It was a quiet uneventful, professional visit which is the way it should be.
I really appreciate that I am always taken on time and the experience is as pleasant as possible for going to the dentist!!
