From a client perspective I appreciate that they are always polite, friendly and professional. Professional, competent, friendly.
Both the dental technician and Dr. Sattler provided exceptional service. One suggestion would that everyone either has a name tag or as you sit in their seat, their name is above or below the TV. I forget everyone's name and I'm sure that's the norm.
Another good visit with Dr. Sattler's "Super Staff". Joyce did a great job and provided good advice. I have to come back for some repairs, but always know I'm in good hands that care! Thank you.
