I recently worked with Saul on a refinance. My experience with the loan process is limited to 1 purchase and 2 refis, but this was by far the easiest of the bunch. Saul gave me information up front on what to expect. He was very responsive to my emails and questions/concerns about the process. Of course, most importantly, he got me a great rate. I would definitely recommend working with Saul on a refi.
