Saul is by far and away the best of the best in his field; and I've worked with many banks and credit unions (big and small) through the years. I've closed on a multitude of mortgages, and I've never experienced the ridiculously high level of customer service Saul provides. I needed a loan quickly to close the purchase of a home. My normal credit union was unable to complete paper work in a timely manner. Saul was able to get everything done in a very short time. He was able to answer all my questions and figure out a way that enabled me to complete the transaction on time. I spoke with Saul more in one day than I did with previous lender in 2 weeks. I would recommend Saul to anyone looking for a hassle free loan experience.

We couldn't be happier with Saul's work and the loan he put together for us. Our seller's bank accepted our offer on a short sale property and required that we close in a very short timeframe. Saul put together and closed the loan in less than three weeks from our initial conversation, and every detail was exactly what we asked for. Saul's team at First Tech was equally responsive and professional.

Saul was amazing! Our entire process moved very smoothly. He and his team are incredibly well organized and knowledgeable. Saul was nothing short of amazing. We did some substantial shopping around, with nearly a dozen inquiries to lenders, and our "possible" list was still high at 4 lenders. But Saul was always available, always polite, had a competitive product, and never blinked at my questions- which were many! There was a chance we could have gotten a fraction of a percent lower on our new mortgage, but that fraction would have had a cost in time and frustration that would have never been worthwhile.
