Saul was an absolutely champ with my loan application, which was a multi-headed hydra that had just about everything but the kitchen sink thrown in. In addition to being a non-resident on a visa, I had multiple accounts, gifts and other complicating factors that made the application a bit of an ordeal. I recently worked with Saul on a mortgage for a new home (and a few years ago on a refinanced mortgage), and once again Saul hit it out of the park. Right off the bat, I was impressed by Saul's professionalism and knowledge. He is very receptive to any questions or concerns you may have during the home loan process. It is never difficult to get a hold of Saul, either by email or phone. I also like the fact that Saul prefers face to face or phone contact which gives his service a personal touch. Saul was very responsive to all our questions about the process and what certain terms meant. He responded almost immediately all the time to our emails. In addition he was very encouraging through the whole process as he checked in with us. Finally, when we found a place he moved really quickly and efficiently to help us close as soon as possible -- I'd highly recommend Saul, he has great customer service.
Saul was extremely organized, giving us a checklist of items to provide for our first meeting. He anticipated what the loan underwriters would need and also gave us a good sense of how the process would flow. He responded quickly to emails and kept us informed about progress. Saul was amazing! I shopped around through my credit union, some friend referrals and online and Saul was able to get me the lowest interest rate and provided me with different financing options. He always got back to me quickly and answered all my questions.
