We were a little nervous about going with someone we found on the internet, but the rates offered were so much lower. We are so glad we did. Not only did he offer the lowest rates, he provided the best service possible. He was very patient, guided us through the whole refi process and was extremely responsive during the process by both phone and email. We would highly recommend Saul.

I went with Saul on a whim after seeing the great reviews. I'm quite pleased with my "gamble". I will recommend Saul to all family and friends. I can't believe how fast and smooth the whole process was from start to finish. I can only assume that is because of hard work on his end. I got a great interest rate and attentive quick service. I internet searched for refinancing based on ratings and feedback because I was coming out of a refinance that didn't go through due to faulty processing (read - The Lending Company). A friend just completed refinancing his mortgage through Saul and he recommended Saul to me. This was my first time refinancing and Saul was very helpful throughout the process. Saul secured a good rate and guided me through the refinancing process. He proved to be knowledgeable, experienced, efficient and responsive. It took us 3 weeks to complete the refinancing. I found Saul through Zillow and was wary about using an originator whom I didn't know through a personal connection or an in-person meeting. I got lucky and found Saul through a general Google search. I started off fairly cynical about calling up someone I found online to help with our refinancing (fall 2012), but by the end I referred a good friend and didn't give it a second thought.
