Retired Vet, VA Loan needed to get pymt down. Other lenders wanted to qualify, appraisal and Mortgage Ins. Couldn't do it.Got letter from Saul, No appraisal, no qualifying and a .25 lower than offered elsewhere.Grabbed it thinking it would fall thru or last minute "Adjustment" to my bad.Nothing, nada... Soooooo smooth, almost forgot who he was and what we were doing. Kept me informed all the way, had to tell him to STOP... and enjoy the weekends... heheh. Excellent! The most stress free process I have ever experienced with regard to home loans. It was an extremely smooth process. It took two weeks from the time I called him to the time I closed on the loan. With very little time invested for such a great loan and interest rate, the value of my experience is very high. I would definitely recommend Saul!

I got recently refinance my home. I wanted the lowest rate with no closing costs. It was seamless and quite clear process. Saul provided me with estimates and detailed insight on whys and whens. My initial numbers were good but even after the process kicked in, Saul was able to make it even better. Going forward, it's highly unlikely I will be looking for someone else help if I need another mortgage.

Saul has made the process of refinancing my loan very easy. He is in constant communication and the entire process was completed quickly and efficiently. Saul ensured my rate was locked and also made sure the timeline was met to keep the rate we had originally locked in. Closing on the loan was quick and easy. A notary was sent to my home which made closing easy with my schedule.
