To summarize this, Mr. Savaas I call him. Made the process easy! He is extremely excellent when working with numbers. Our situation was much different than other buyers. We were gifted equity. All he needed to know was what my parents wanted to walk away with. This includes both closing costs, the appraisal, lawyer fees. Meaning we just walk in and do not pay a dime. Savvas' team helped us to finance our mortgage. In only 8 days, the loan was available. The rate was 0.4 lower than industry average and 0.3 cheaper than the second best option. Savvas team responded to us in a timely manner, I even ended up calling him when he was out for dinner with his friends (sorry!) and he picked up immediately. All documents were reviewed within a day and all communication were characterized by extreme courtesy. Closing costs were under industry average and even cheaper than their own estimate
