Savvas helped me to get a perfect mortgage. Though it seems to be just about the interest rate, there are so many programs and structures out there in the market. Savvas helped me navigate through the exploration and I ended up getting the lowest rate I could think of. On another note, I was impressed by his personality and communication style. Savvas helped me with my loan servicing when I needed it most. When I put in the offer to buy a home, the sellers agent came back and told me they wouldn't accept my (then) pre-approval form from another bank, and time was running out. On the same day, Savvas sat on the phone with me for a few hours quickly processing an approval for me to proceed with my offer. Savvas and team are FANTASTIC! Savvas was recommended to me by my realtor and I could not have been more grateful.
