I did a refinance of my mortgage with Savvas and I couldn't have been more satisfied. He helped me tremendously with my rate and gave me great advice on what to do. He is excellent to deal with, I would highly recommend him and Guarantee rate.

I first contacted Savvas to help me refinance my home. I have since sold that home and am currently working with him to purchase my next home. Savvas is quick to respond my questions (even on weekends) and is very knowledgeable as to what options are available and what my best option is. I would highly recommend Savvas and his team to anyone

we have dealt with many banks/lenders and mortgage people thru the years .. by far Savvas is one of the best. Not many return calls prompt or answer questions ( and we did have a lot of questions ) like he did. Always up for a challenge, Savvas takes care of you like family. We usually don't recommend anyone to anyone unless his/hers attitude towards work is serious and get things done. I've worked Savvas 3 times over the course of the last six years and he has ALWAYS provided exceptional service and was able to find a product that met my needs within guidelines that I provided,even during the recession in 2009! We had not completed a loan process for awhile. The new rules are much more stringent than they were 10 years ago. Savvas walked us through the process and made it easy to understand. At closing, there was a potential problem that might have kept us from closing that day. Savvas calmly and effectively took care of the issue which allowed us to close. I trully believe without Savvas our outcome that day could have been a disaster. I have confidence in Savvas and his ability to solve problems.
