Verified Renter Sawmill Point is a great community to live in and Management attends to your every need and concerns.
Verified Renter Sawmill is a great place to live, but fixing basic resident features (Grills, Pool heater etc) are not a priority here, which is sad as those were two features that help us make a decision to Rent here.

Verified Renter This is the worst apartment experience I’ve ever had. Residents complain nonstop about every little thing and you pay so much a month for amenities that you can’t even use half the time. Our pool is closed for a a couple weeks because of a “leak”. As soon as it gets hot out we can’t use our pool, it’s ridiculous. They haven’t let us know when it’ll be back up again either. Management here sucks and I can’t wait to get the heck out of this complex. I wouldn’t recommend sawmill to anyone!
