Verified Renter Its a good place to live but certainly might not be for everybody. The hustle and bustle of downtown traffic, along with the future construction of a park and more apartments it is going to be one noisy place.

Verified Renter Living at Sawmill Point is a real joy. There are planned activities that you can choose to enjoy and the staff does not allow you to get bored with repetitive events. The maintenence staff takes care of your every need in a timely fashion. Best of all you submit request on line and a follow-up is received. The staff is wonderful. I met the Property Manager, Amanda shortly after ground breaking when there were only studs to view and chose my new residence. Two year later I still love my location.

Verified Renter A really awesome place to live. Friendly and accommodating staff, courteous and professional maintenance personnel and the most and best amenities Ive ever experienced. The location is amazing, with the Riverwalk just steps away and restaurants and entertainment venues within a short walk. The view from the complex here is one of the best in Wilmington. Did I mention breakfast is catered and provided for residents three times a week? Life is Good!
Verified Renter Excellent complex for downtown location affording 5 star service, proximity to major highways and airport. Downtown will be the hub of Wilmington soon. This will be the most desirable area to live.
