Verified Renter Sawmill Point is a well-maintained facility with wonderful green spaces along the Cape Fear River and RiverWalk. Many residents have dogs and are very responsible in leashing and clean-up. There is a decent fitness center and a separate yoga/spin studio. Verified Renter A beautiful, stylish property with spectacular river and pool views. Breathtaking sunsets, plus every ammenity you could ask for. Friendly residents and staff. Walking distance to abundant downtown shops and restaurants. Feels more like a resort, but it's a wonderful place to call home!

Verified Renter Sawmill Point is everything and more than we had hoped for. Having never lived in a apartment complex we had concerns about noise from other units, thankfully we need not have worried. The apartments are well equipped, clean and well maintained. The facility amenities are excellent and there is always room for us to use them. Great experience that I would recommend to anyone.
