I brought my pup jack in on Saturday for ear hematoma. They squeezed us in and told me we would have to wait a bit to be seen, I got to talking to the front desk gal and the time flew by. She told me about this awesome points system they now have that gets you free things ( everybody check it out) We got to the room and when Dr Mary (first time seeing her) came in to look at jack she sat right on the ground with him and told me about the procedure and said we will take good care of him and they did!!!
