They treat each pet like they are family. They go above and beyond during each step of the process to make sure you and your pet are cared for, comfortable, and fearfree. I could not ask for a better group of people to trust Winry's health, safety, and whole being with. We love Scenic Hills!
Business response:
We love having patients with as much personality as Winry!
Brought two dogs in for some post emergency care treatment. We had a short wait in the lobby as we got there 15 minutes early. The place being visibly empty we got into a room within about 5 minutes and finished the prevet checkup. During the checkup one of our pups was shaking with anxiety so the lady skipped a test and left the room. After 15 minutes of waiting with no word we looked around for someone (front and back were void of people and we had to shout to get someone's attention). The nurse told us the vet was st... read more

Since his diagnosis a couple months ago I had to apply for care credit to pay for insulin, and the weekly vet visits. Pharmacies don't take care credit so it was specially ordered through the clinic in which I was told they would cut me a break with the u... read more

I would like to say the hospital manager never spoke with you but I will be giving you a call this next week to discuss.
Prices are extraordinarily high and staff push unnecessary services to increase revenue. My mom's dog had allergies that was eventually solved with Benadryl. She didn't make that discovery until spending several thousand at Scenic Hills under the advice of their staff. And it wasn't even Scenic Hills that suggested the low cost solution, it was another dog owner. My mom bought the pet insurance Scenic Hills offers and two months into it had to give up the dog because my mom got very, very sick. Her dog had been in once for h... read more
Business response:
I am sorry you had a bad experience at Scenic Hills. Our main concern is always the health and well being of the animal. Scenic hills doesn't sell pet insurance, we offer wellness plans called paw plans. It offers clients 4 clinic visits, vaccines, fecal check, heartworm test and some blood work at discount. Some of the plans well offer a dental and, for our puppies and kittens, we also have a plan that covers spay and neuters. The plan does not cover other services and should have been explained to you when you signed up. I... read more
