"New Tahoe Premier" At only 2,300 miles, my entire AC control buttons failed to respond. I brought the SUV to Schumacher Chevy on Northlake Blvd. Service writer, Rob Nanz was very professional & accommodating. The problem was diagnosed, parts ordered & fixed within 48 hours. Rob Nanz kept me informed all along the way. I was provided with a loaner for the duration.

"Highly satisfied! Oil change and tire fixed!" Wilson has always demonstrated professionalism and takes care of promptly. Great service. I’ve been a probation officer for 25 yrs and now a GM of Culver’s and know a person w integrity, professionalism and a great work ethic. Wilson and his team demonstrate that to me every time I get my vehicle serviced. He has gone above and beyond at times to assist me. Really like this dealership and am considering trading in my Encore Suv there soon!

"Excellent Dealership!" This is my 3rd GM lease and this dealership is excellent! I live closer to the Schumacher dealership on Okeechobee Blvd. but PREFER the Northlake location.
