"General Service" Finished the service on my vehicle on time. Service agent did a good job explaining what needed to be done and gave me additional options to consider.
"Greatest Dealership " The sales person was super polite. Was able to get in and out with no issues. The manager was great and so was the finance person.
"Great service" Great service could've been a little faster but the service advisor made me feel at home...and they also washed my truck something that they didn't have to do..
"great value for repairs" I've owned Chevy since 2016, as my weekend driver. I've been servicing my Chevy at Schumacher since I've owned. No issues. Although, I still have the same nail in my rear left tire. After getting the maintenance service twice. Everything else is 5 star quality.
"Excellent Service" The service was quite exceptional. The time for delivery from drop-off to pick up was speedy. Less than I expected. Dave, as usual, was friendly and informative.
"Great Experience with a new Corvette Purchase" I’m a pretty fussy person and a real car nut. My salesman, Mo Kahala, worked really hard to locate the car that I wanted. He was very conscientious about promptly following up all of my requests. He worked with me to obtain an excellent price and the delivery process was fast and smooth. His post delivery follow up has also been excellent. I’ve bought a lot of cars in my life (I’m old!) and this was a terrific all around experience
"Tom Ford was amazing" Had a great experience at Schumacher. My sales person, Tom Ford, made the transition to my new 2019 Chevy Blazer super smooth. Not only did he gave me an amazing deal, he also went above and beyond by going over all the features in the vehicle. He's also friendly and great to work with.
"Car starting sluggishly, took it in for a battery check" I was in a hurry that day, trying to make a doctor’s appointment. The battery was unexpected but Tom and Jessie saw that I was in and out in time to make my appt. They have been stellar so far, whenever i’ve Had a concern.
"Great dependable service " Satisfied with Jesse 100% always helps me with any issue I have and provides great service!! He is the best costumer service representative there. Awesome
