"Outstanding service and customer service" I have never had better professional service, courtesy, or customer focus at a dealership in 35 years in West Palm Beach . Schumacher is an exceptional business. Jay Rutenberg goes that extra effort to deliver first class service. He always delivers more than expected. Thanks to everyone.

"Very particular vehicle owner" Met with Service Advisor Jay for a routine maintenance oil change. I explained to him I was very particular about my vehicle and he assured me it would be taken care of with no issues. As a side note the last dealer I used (Green Acres Autonation) for an oil change backed my vehicle into a wall when returning it to me and then explained it wasn’t a big deal and would just buff out. "Excellent service " Very happy with the service, I was in and out in less than an hour. Jay even found a glitch from my previous visit in which I was owed a new car oil change for free in my zl1. Schumacher Chevrolet is top notch!

"Exceptional Customer Service" Jesse Solari is my go to person. I have been taking my vehicles to Schumacher Chevrolet for the past 10 years because of him. I was very fortunate to have Jesse as my advisor from day one!!! His demeanor and respect towards me and others is above and beyond. Jesse's knowledge is excellent as well as when he isn't sure of something he calls a service technician right away to obtain the answer. "The only place I would take any of my vehicles " I have a 2004 Chevy Tahoe and a 2007 Chevy Silverado and have brought them to Schumacher on north lake for service since they were new. "Issues with A/C unit not properly working with consistancy." We experienced a warranty issue that required special attention, for which Mr. Liantonio quickly resolved. His demeanor and knowledge won my respect. I was impressed with his mannerisms in handling our repair issues, and he treated us with kindness and concern.
