"New Corvette" I was thorougly informed about the paperwork related to purchasing and warranty details. The most important thing was being educated on the car, the dashboard electronic everything to include Mr. Vaughan pairing my phone to the car. There was much to learn since my other Corvette is a 1059, quite a difference. I even had a followup call on my car and how I was adjusting.
"a very pleasant experience" Everyone involved in the purchase was courteous, patient and knowledgeable. Once I made up my mind as to which vehicle I wanted, it was smooth sailing.
"Great Service, Greater People" I originally went to have my 2002 Pontiac serviced but upon further inspection, I was informed that it needed substantial repairs. It was suggested to me by Jesse Solari that I consider buying a new car. I was somewhat hesitant to make a big move like that but after speaking with Bud Cross, who was referred to me by Jesse.....things changed. "I love my new car." Robert was very helpful and polite. He took his time to show us all the cars that met our criteria. We would definitely come back to work with Robert again.
"Good service" Brought vehicle in for first oil change and addressed some issues in which the service advisor assured me what I thought was a problem was actually smart technology adjustments.Very professional and knowledgeable service advisor.
"Scheduled Oil Change/Maintenance" I've dealt with this dealership for several years. The new vehicle purchase experience was a good one and the Service department does a nice job as well. Good Dealership.
"Service exceeded my expectations " With such a large dealership my experience exceeded what I expected from the very beginning. Ftom meeting a new service advisors Rob Nance to the promptness of the service. It was finished within 10 minutes of the promised time, to the vehicles being not more than 15 feet away from me when I went to pick it up. I'll definitely use this dealership again.
"I had a great experience. Everyone was polite & professiona." I gave the rating of a 4 because I was pleased with the service I received. While my Service Provider was busy with another customer, his colleague helped me out until he could come, and then he took over. They let me know what my fee for service would be first, and then asked if I was ok with the fee before beginning work on my key. Nicholas Jensen also explained to me why my key wasn't working. This Service Team is always very efficient & polite.
"Service" They got my problem solved within two days. Since it was covered by warranty they provided me a temporary car. Great customer service only complain is they fixed my car but did not wash it out(had a weird smell inside)
