"Buying Experience" From the minute we walked in the door and met with our Salesperson Robert Nicol, we knew we had made the right choice going to Schumacher to purchase our truck. Robert was knowledgable, thorough and professional. He answered all of our questions honestly, and took the time to find out what our needs were so that we got a vehicle that perfectly suited our lifestyle and budget. "Good fast service" All service help was very courteous and kind. They provided water and bagels with cream cheese and a comfortable place to sit and wait for car.

"Duramax work" Had trouble getting my Duramax in for a diagnostic. Contacted Jack the service manager and he really took care of me. Set me up with Jose to carry out the rest of the transaction. The work was warrantied and the loaner was covered.

"10000 oil and inspection maintenance " Jose is awesome. I love the fact that you deal with the same service rep on return visits!! Although I'm sure the other reps are great I'm glad I was appointed Jose!! I live an hour and a half away and I was in and out quickly!! Thanks guys 👍🏻
