"Service" They got my problem solved within two days. Since it was covered by warranty they provided me a temporary car. Great customer service only complain is they fixed my car but did not wash it out(had a weird smell inside)
"We will be back." This is our second time working with Schumacher Northlake Blvd. and what we like is having other options available to look at 1 facility. We started looking at one brand and model and ended up trying out four different brands and models all at one dealership. Our salesman Raymond was a big help , we are glad we got to work with him.
"Painless Purchase" This is my fourth new car purchase from Schumacher. Very happy with salesmen Arthur (Bud) Cross and Tom Ford-- patient, professionals who worked hard to give me the info needed to make the choice. Love my new Equinox!

"Eye Opening - 1st Time" This past service, Nick ensured that my vehicle got the necessary service it needed, took time to explain everything AND clean it! First time a tech took the time for all of that. I will DEFINITELY ask for Nick next time. Service rep prior, Rob, never did that for me. Never took the time to explain. "Replacement of radio amp" I had never heard of a radio amplifier going "bad" but Kelly explained it all in detail. Kept in contact with me throughout the day with the progress. Also found some discounts I was entitled to!(ssshhhh!) Have had all my major service on my Malibu done at Schumacher and have recommended them to many people.
"RECALL SERVICE" MY AIRBAG COMPUTER SOFTWARE UPDATE AND SEATBELT RECALL UPDATE WERE ALL HANDLED QUICKLY AND EFFICIENTLY,FRIENDLY KNOWLEDGABLE SERVICE,IN AND OUT QUCK! COMING BACK NEXT WEEK FOR ALL NEW TIRES AND THEY MATCHED THE PRICE I FOUND ELSEWHERE ONLINE.
"I felt very comfortable and not at all pressured" Mr Khaleel Williams was professional and courteous and I feel I can contact him any time if I have any questions and/ or problems. I appreciated that he even installed the seat for my granddaughter.
