I felt he was honest, efficient and compassionate about what we were trying to accomplish. We ended up with a 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee L. I’m in love with my new car. For what I though was going to be a nightmare, turned out to be a good experience. I know in the future I will go to Erik for future car purchases. The dealership was also nice, and everyone was pleasant.
