I dropped my car off on a Saturday for an oil change and tire rotation using the mopar app, I did the mobile check in so I didn't have to wait. I got a call an hour later about what recommendations they had for my car, I splurged on a new pair of wipers and an alignment. They sent me a digital invoice where I could see the total and pay for it before I picked up my vehicle. So convenient, simple and, efficient, I will definitely be back.
