"Simple and easy " Craig was great! Walked in just to look because I was in a Lease. Craig greated us and wasn’t pushy. Asked me what I ideally wanted and pretty much made it happen, they bought out my Lexus lease and I got my Jeep Grand Cherokee 2018. Great guy, I would definitely use him again and send anyone to him!

"excellant service callJames" James was polite and very helpful. Job well done and timely completed. As an aside---I have on of the last Limited 200 hard to convertibles. Love the car and continue to get complements on it. Chrysler made a mistake in discontinuing the model.
