"Turned a terrible experience into excellence!!" We went to the dealership today completely disappointed with past experiences. My Jeep had been dropped off at the shop 3 weeks ago and I still didn’t know when I was going to get it back. Today I had had enough because I didn’t know when/if I would get my car back.
