He was a no-nonsense, straight forward sales person. He worked hard to get me the deal I needed. He actually came in on his day off and delivered my car to me. This guy was a class act! I have driven Jeeps for 20 yrs & this had been the easiest purchase I have made. I wasn’t sure if I was ready yet for a new car, but he made the process so easy, I got the new Jeep. "Pleasant Experience" It's been a number of years since I bought a used car. There is the lingering concern about dealing with the stereotypical slick used car salesman and the "nails on the blackboard" cringe worthy experience associated with the event.
