"Dave the Service SuperStar!*****" There was a "software update" on my new leased Jeep. Dave (and Craig-Salesman) helped me get it in within a day. They greeted me as I pulled in, had everything done in under an hour. The Wifi in the waiting area is AWESOME (so is the coffee)! I will never get my jeep serviced anywhere else.
