"My Service Advisor was Frank Santilli. He was EXCELLENT! " I made an appointment for a Recall notice. I also requested an oil change with full synthetic oil. Additionally, Mr. Santilli suggested a tire rotation at this time as well, which I agreed. He advised me of the time it would take to complete the job. He personally, escorted me to the shuttle pick up lobby and explained how I would be contacted for my shuttle ride home.
