"Nothing but pleasant and excellent " Buying a car is typically a difficult thing for just about everyone. However when you get the right salesperson you have nothing to fear. Fortunately I was lucky to have worked with Chris Sabarese, which in my opinion made the experience what it was, smooth, quick and easy. He is a guy who is straight up with you and in this field is very hard to come by.
"Service was excellent" Tom was great got in and out on time and kept me informed about progress Went over paperwork showing me that wheel alignment was pretty good. I had a tire west issue that he is getting me paperwork for Goodyrsr.
"Courteous Car Delivery" Craig Savarese was very professional and easy to work with. He was my contact person as my Chrysler vehicle was ordered in another state and delivered to Florida.
"Schumacher is outstanding" The service department at this dealership is outstanding. Over many years, I have owned different makes of cars and I can tell you that this dealership's service department is the best -- better than BMW, better than Audi, better than Ford. "Used Car Purchase" Carlos did a great job helping us through the process of purchasing the pre-owned car we were looking for. He made the negotiation -- which is always difficult -- a tolerable experience with a result that worked for us.
"Nice car friendly staff" We started with the new cars and were happy with franklin, we came back to see uf any used cars like the one he showed us were available. We bought a used car that had just come in. The staff worked well together and were kind. The time from purchase agreement to ready to leave was much longer than expected. Otherwise...great experience with staff.
"Great experience" Carlos in pre owned was awesome!! My paperwork was ready and we were sitting in the finance office within an hour and on the way home less than 2 hours after we arrived. This is how buying a car should be. Everyone in the entire preowned department was willing to help , we were very impressed. Want to say a big thank you to Andrew in finance also. Very efficient and took the time to make sure we understood everything. Waht a team.💯💯
