I would give ZERO STARS if possible. Shopping for cars with my Mother-in-law and she found a car. Salesperson told us to take her Kia to CarMax and they would honor their appraisal for trade-in. Spent 2 hours at Carmax, returned with the appraisal and THEN were told it was too high and they wouldn't honor it!! This is AFTER I asked twice "are you sure you'll honor their appraisal?" and told "yes we work with CarMax" Go somewhere else. Shadiest dealer I've ever seen and I've bought dozens of cars.

I do not understand how you can so call" repair" my car for around $3000.00 and the car still have issues, but you are charging me 144 for diagnostic when i brought it back..it does not make sense. Please make it make sense! No loaner. But there is only one mechanic technician to service all customers.

Garbage dealership. No shuttle service, no courtesy loaners. Always an excuse whenever I bring my car in for service. My car is under warranty, and they still refused to send me a shuttle for FIVE MiLES away. Do yourself a favor buy a Lexus and steer clear of this place!

Called to have service on my Lincoln Black Label navigator was left on hold for over five minutes and was finally hung up on. This is why when I’m ready for a new vehicle I will be looking for a different provider. My name is Tom Jackson and my number is 954-275-2066 if someone would like to discuss this with me.

I couldn’t imagine being more disappointed. Do not come to this dealer. As an update. Finally reached a live person in sales at 12:05 this afternoon. Was told she or a manager would call back ASAP. Nobody ever called back. They are now closed for the day. STAY AWAY

Also, brought my new navigator in with a rattle noise during start, they didn’t diagnose it properly and just assumed it was a factory service that required a reprogramming. It’s still rattling during startup and a quick google search shows this is due to a worn variable cam timing unit that needs replaced. No one followed up with me to make sure the problem was Fixed. "Very slimy folks at this dealership. If you must beware..." Very slimy folks at this dealership. If you must beware of the Finance guy selling the Dealer Maintenance program. He will force it on you at the close. Beware they will not help you cancel this program. I have left dozens of messages and NEVER receive a single call back. Still not refunded and going to the state for help. VERY BAD people
