A big shout out to Subaru for their excellent, top of the line customer service! Came in to get my tire fixed, and had to come back due to there being a second hole. They took great care of me and went above and beyond! Wow! I'm so impressed! I've never had a car dealership take such amazing care of me like you guys have! You guys rock!

Very nice experience with this dealership. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Our salesman was Carlos. He explained every feature of the car before we took it for a test drive. We came home with our new outback and couldn't be happier. Glad to be part of the schumacher family with our "dog tested" suv.

Some misunderstanding on first visit but resolved second time through.
Update:VP of Sales called and offered us the car for 37.5k if we take the reviews down. NOT HAPPENING. That is still 4.7k higher than our agreement! What a ridiculous offer! Honor your original terms if you want these bad reviews to disappear!Worst experience ever. We leased 2023 Subaru Outback 2 years ago and went to buy it out a few days ago. The worst dealer in the US. Bad after sale. I bought a new Yukon, it came with a broken part in the trunk and with the steering misaligned. As I live far from West Palm Beach, I asked the seller (I have a text message to prove it) about the steering misalignment and he said I could fix it at any GMC dealer. The dealer in my city said that this is not included in the warranty and I have to pay to fix the defect. And if I want to replace the broken part, I have to pay for that too.
