The service writer today very professional and prompt. However, just had vehicle there 2 weeks ago with what seemed like an electrical issue. I felt it was a dying battery then but trusted them to do their own trouble shooting and due diligence !This morning the battery was completely dead. I actually added 1/4 gallon of water to it! That’s alot! They didn’t even think maybe ( because it’s called doing what’s right) to check the battery level. The vehicle even died on the way to the dealer in the pouring rain. a minute ago I'm going to start positively, the showroom is very clean, tidy and everyone is dressed nicely. When I walked in, no one said anything to me and they walked around like I wasn't there, they all seemed too busy for a customer. After about 8 mintues of walking around alone, looking at cars, I was ready to leave after being ignored and the front desk greeter stopped me as I was walking out and took me to a salesman named Walt. From the day I bought my car two the 2 services I received at Schumacher has been nothing but a undesired experience. First, the agreed sale price was different on the contract. ALWAYS read the contract before signing!! Heard people in service waiting room complaining of a similar experience. Second, air blower started to make high pitch squeaking sound and rubber molding around all 4 windows are starting to deteriorate, when explaining this during my first oil change they failed to address the issue ( after waiting 2 1/2... read more

It’s a waste of time. My time is valuable. When Michael called me after I showed interest in a car, I told him only with a trade for full amount on my car. He managed to get me in with false hopes and it was a waste of time. The representative that met with me was very cold and dry. Maybe much more forward then Michael which I did appreciate. But he’s very dry and his customer service skills came off short of kind. Harsh demeanor.

I called this morning and left a message on a service advisors voicemail. I was assured by the girl who answered the phone that I would receive a a call back shortly. I was traveling back to NC and had a question regarding eye site on my 2018 outback. I had apparently placed my sunpass sticker in a spot that disabled eyesite. As this is a new car to me , I was unaware of why my eyesite was not working and how to fix this problem. I was driving 12 hrs back to NC and could not use cruise control without eyesite. Things were stolen out of car during service. It was reported immediately before leaving, but magically no one had seen it. It was reported through website chat and we were told that someone would get in contact with us shortly. Still no response... We drive a very long way to get to Schumacher and have not had a problem before, but this is unacceptable. Pull a camera and see who pocketed this stuff.

The car is great however people are just slightly less than trustworthy. My Uncle Leo might make it as a member of the Shoemaker Family, but not me, unless their price is considerably lower than that Treasure Coast dealer. All things equal I’ll shop elsewhere.
