I'm so frustrated with this dealership. Went in for a test drive and found a vehicle that I really like. My salesperson lost my test drive voucher and I keep getting ignored about it. Now I have to go to a further dealership and hope to find what I want.

I posted my dissatisfaction last week about lack of phone accessibility with this dealership. So Sal, a manager, responded asking me to call him to discuss. I left a message as again no one picks up the phone. No one ever called me back, despite posting that they care about customer service. So if you really care, why does no one answer or return calls? Take your business elsewhere- this dealer will waste your time, give you the run around, and then try and pull a fast one on you. Sketchy Practices all around. Salesman was nice enough, test drive was short- but went well. Negotiated a deal, signed on it - and then the sales manager (Mike Caputo) came out while I was waiting to go in the back to do the financials with an ENTIRELY different purchase agreement several THOUSAND $'s higher than what they had already offered me and agreed upon. I go and pick up my car, the guy who gave me my car stated "hmm the battery looks low, where are you driving too?" I told him. He gave me the keys. It drives fine home. I have to leave for work in less than an hour and I try Nd turn on my car. ITS DEAD. By far the worst servicing for my Subaru I've had in the past 7 years. NEVER AGAIN

By far the worst buying experience I have ever had leasing a vehicle. Whatever you do, don't be enticed by the phone reps who call you and promise you the world to trade in your lease early. You will be sold lots of promises and once you get to the dealership by the sales rep and sales manager who will lead you to believe that Subaru has programs to completely pay off your vehicle. This dealership is a joke. They sit there and play games with you over and over, and no one respects you. They think they can pull a fast one over you and it's just horrible. If you want a Subaru, go to a different dealership!

Horrible service experience. You get no ideia if they did service the car . No tech reports on tests or products used. Price manipulation at invoice, everything is more expensive that announced at their own web site and inside shop video offers. You have to verify every number and request corrections.
(Update) 8-27_2017 Purchase the my 2016 Subaru STi November 19th 2015. Car had 6 miles on it at purchase. 3ed & 4th gear synchros went bad at 6565 miles. At this service they neglected to install back correctly the pitch stop and shifter linkage bracket, service advisor name was Phil ( amazing advisor ) 1 year later At 25,487 mile the 5th & 6th synchros went bad, service advisor was Nigil ( bad advisor ), service manager name was Clay ( careless manager ).
