Cindy Billock handled the service of my Dodge Durango. It was the best experience of getting my car fixed I have ever had. She was very diligent about calling to advise of the issue and when the part would be in and when the work would be done, everything was done timely and when I came to pick up my vehicle, she knew I was coming on my lunch break, she had my vehicle waiting up front and ready to go so I wouldn't be late.
