Buying a car can be somewhat stressful. Tony Bermudez did an outstanding job in making our day stress free. We could not have asked for a better salesman. He will be highly recommended.

I have owned a couple of Subaru’s now the past several years. After today's experience, I will never ever purchase another Subaru in my life and I'll tell everyone I know to do the same. What a joke. that might've been the worst Customer Service that I've ever dealt with in my entire life and I want my hour back…I just waited to get my car fixed for them to tell me that it was out of warranty and then I would need to spend $1200 to fix a running light. 30 year Jeep customer this dealership makes me regret it all. We’ve had our Jeep now there for 2 1/2 weeks for a single brake caliper. Two repairs had defective parts that left us stranded and without a vehicle. Numerous calls to the service manager have gone, unanswered and unturned. Schumacher Subaru of Delray is a poor representation of Subaru. I will not go back. I notified Subaru of America. I gave this dealership a few tries with all poor experiences. I’m having my vehicle checked somewhere else. Recommendations for repairs are poor. Also, the alignment and tires started after a 4 to 5 hour wait. No respect for your time even when I sent an email, multiple calls and made an appt a week before. I never received the full price for service until the last hour. The multiple managers did nothing. Do not buy from Schumacher delray beach, they’ll let you down. I enquired about purchasing a used car from this dealer, I was persuaded to purchase this car via a phone call and text messages after numerous calls and texts I decided on going ahead and buying the car, the sales person texted and left a voice to indicate he would meet at the Fort Lauderdale airport with the car on my arrival. I was out of town buyer. I paid $3000 on my Amex immediately after deal was finalized & next day on 11/13/23 I emailed to Mr Jon Park (who was handling my paperwork) that a certified check had been mailed. There was complete silence from their staff. Neither the sales rep or Jon Park told that they could not wait for the check & rest of the money had to be wired. Terrible experience! Pull your credit promising you the numbers that you want to hear! Make you promise on a commitment before even looking at numbers! If you refuse they pull the “too much car for you!”

I understand they want to free up time for there service dept when you call make an appointment you don't speak to the service dept you speak to Esther or Regina or some clueless girl in a call center who makes the appt then when you get there your turned away only to be told those girls are clueless we don't take appts at 1 pm then you call Esther or Regina asking them what is going on to I don't know put you on hold hoping you hang up.. can't fix stupid Joey accordi Subaru now north fortlauderdale Subaru takes care of you ... read more

From the moment I pulled up to Shumacher Subaru it began a day of disappointment and frustration. I scheduled an appointment for 2 service recalls. When I arrived, Anna the service writer told me that they didn't have the proper parts in stock to do the repairs. I asked why they didn't call me to reschedule. She had no explanation why. I explained to her that it was very inconsiderate because the trip was an hour long trip and I had to adjust my schedule just to be here.
