I would have said yes because my sales experience was great. But, the service was a nightmare. The service people are wonderful but they use multiple scheduling sources that are NOT coordinated. I had a "scheduled" appt and when I got there, at 10am, I was told it would be 2-3 hours because they were already behind. They need a better system!!!!

Appointments not honored - and be careful - they fit the stereotype of doing and charging for unnecessary repairs and maintenance Looks like lots of turnover in the service dept staff - got to wonder why ... it used to be a much nicer place

Horrible experience. Very high pressure sales tactics. Took my car in trade 2 weeks ago and they have not paid me nor paid Subaru motors finance. Watch out for their creative math and switching the desired vehicle to line their pockets. Finance person refused to give me copies of documents I signed. It took over a week of persistence to get copies. Read everything. Avoid just signing on a blank screen as the try to get you to do. Make sure the amounts they tell you will be charged are the actual amounts, not higher amounts. ... read more
