I have consistently been impressed with this facility and Dr. Myers. We were going to University of Pennsylvania and this is so much closer. Dr. Myers is funny, kind, pleasant and knowledgeable. This facility got a 5-star due to one of the young gals in the office holding the outside door for my 88-year old mother when the temperature was 25° as I helped my mother walking with her cane.
Contrary to the other posts, most likely due to having Dr. Evan Piette, my experience (at the Exton location) was wonderful! Having gone to two dermatologists in the Reading area with no success, Dr. Piette was a breath of fresh air. He treated me as a human being and assured me that my skin concerns (although minor) were valid. It has been 4 months since my last appointment and my skin is in the best state it's been in years. Well worth the drive to see this doctor! The only downside with this place is that I always have ... read more
2 years of asking for my records to be forwarded to a MD that knows my name when she comes into the exam room. Pretty poor medical standard to ask the patient where the melanoma was located and then proceed to tell you you are on medicare before your 65th. Horrible experience.
The care is decent...but what you deal with after leaving, not so much. First off, I have had to straighten out claims with this office more than once. Most recently, they submitted a claim as a family practice rather than a specialist. C'mon guys...you know you're a dermatology office. Second, they insist on using a by-mail pharmacy which is dysfunctional itself. It's been five weeks and I'm still waiting for my medicine. Everyone else just sends it to the pharmacy down the street and you pick it up same day. It's ha... read more
I just left the office right now feeling defeated as I am disabled and I am a good patient of many years. My mother was also a patient and received cancer treatment there although ,She's now passed away. I was two minutes overtime. They give 15 minutes and this is the second time I was told that no one could see me or even give a message to the physician.?? I do not recommend " LAUREN" the NP that they put me with after I waited a half an hour in the office and paid for my visit after they said Dr. Gottlieb could not see ... read more
Below 1star. Zero interest in me or my concerns. Very uncomfortable office atmosphere. No feedback on testing or observations. Waiting 1 month!
My wife has been living with severe eczema for most of her life. She went through years of topical steroid withdrawal and looking for medical treatment for it. When we finally started using a non steroidal medication she was able to get her life back. My wife went to doctor Schweiger to simply be seen to continue her life saving medication when we moved back to the area. Not only was it a very long and complicated process just to get authorization and prescribed but the way my wife was treated by the administrative staff at ... read more
Dr. Schweiger always rushed through the appointments for my severe eczema, and never seemed interested in my topical steroid withdrawal. Also, whoever was handling billing, insurance, and prior-auths were very unprofessional. When I was in a severe eczema flare and trying to work with them to get a specialized medication, the woman was very rude (this was over two years ago.) She was practically holding in a laugh, as I was expressing my frustrations with the way things were being handled. I wanted to speak with someone ... read more
Used to love this place and Dr. Meyers - family patients for over 17 years. Since it was acquired by Schweiger it's been a disaster. Billing is horrendous - no matter how I attempt to pay whether via my HSA account, their online papaya app billing etc. it ends up being rejected. I've spent HOURS trying to resolve a $7 and $11 bill. They will text, call and email you constantly and then when you try to pay see below. The nurse practitioner I saw on my last visit was not personable and acted annoyed to be there. Will be lookin... read more
