If my experience of 10/10/2022 is indicative of the quality of care and patient follow-up, stay away from Schweiger Dermatology. They are absolutely the worst - unethical, deceptive, and fraudulent. Worse yet, essentially unresponsive to the countless calls, emails and texts I sent. Their care is adequate, but the billing and front desk are abysmal!! I was seen for an annual checkup and didn't have a terrible wait and spent 6 minutes total with the dr. Received no statement or billing information for over a month and then only 3rd party (Klara) texted request for payment. I requested a statement by text, and 2 phone calls to Billing department with NO human or digital response. Went to have them look at a couple of warts. Spent 5 minutes in exam room where they used a can of spray freeze on areas in question (which did very little) billed $800 to insurance leaving me $130 out of pocket to pay! A real scam! Would leave zero stars if I could! Don't believe 4-5 star reviews as likely about as honest as Glass Door reviews

After receiving unnecessary skin treatment from Dr. Scott Gottlieb, I was left with worst scars than what I started with. When I brought this to his attention, he dismissed anything I had said and told me "go see a plastic surgeon" It was right before a holiday and he was in a rush to kick me out of his office and has no empathy at all. Now I am having to spend lots of money and months of my time to fix his rookie mistake, BEWARE do not let him treat you

Schweiger doesn't care for patients. After a horrible office visit where they gave a painful treatment to my son( that should NOT be given to children) , they won't return a phone call. They didn't give after care treatment. They didn't explain side effects. And their lack of professionalism is horrific. I'm still waiting for a phone call back after 5 days.

I've been seeing Dr. Gottlieb here for over a decade. Then I decided to switch to a dermatologist that was closer to my work. Then I moved 15 minutes away for SDG and made an appointment to see Dr. Gottlieb again. I probably hadn't been in this office in about 6 years and not since he joined with Schweiger Dermatology Group. Horrible experience! I was a very happy patient before Schweiger Dermataolgy Group took over. How can an organization screw something up so bad? The office staff and health care providers continued to be wonderful in disposition and very competent. Trying to navigate through their appointment making system and poor communication by overworked or under trained call takers was absolutely pathetic. Don't give them a chance. They are a disgrace. Appalling.

Dr. Meyers is AWESOME! But the since the practice was acquired by Schweiger, their customer service/response time has been horrific...no one answers the phone anymore...it is ALWAYS a recording and I have to leave a message and wait until someone gets back to me. If it wasn't for Dr. Meyers, we would find another practice! Would be 1 star if it wasn't for Meyers!!

If it's possible to leave "no stars", I would. The client care ( customer service ) is horrific. My son saw a doctor ( Dr. Blanchard ) at the Coatesville office- and the visits were minimal at best. The receptionist at the front desk was abrupt and rude. My biggest complaint is the lack of response to repeated phone calls to the Exton office. My pharmacist, my son and myself made a total of 8 phone calls in 2 weeks regarding a medication that was $600 ( for 1 month ), never to have a single call returned. Then a second Rx ... read more
