I have a billing issue with Dermatology & Skin Surgery Center. I have never encountered a more difficult and rude person as the woman who works in the billing office. With a little bit of common sense and reasonableness, this issue could have been resolved quickly. However, her obstinate approach, made a simple situation difficult causing me to spend unnecessary time on the phone with both my insurance company and the doctor's office to resolve it myself.

I was a patient in this center for several years and saw Dr. Meyers. Everything was fine as long as I came for a routine appointment. When I needed to make an urgent appointment, the office claimed that the practice does not do that (despite the fact that they have several physicians on staff) and that the earliest appointment available was two or three months later. I also saw PA Ed Blanchard and agree with the previous post. He is so abrupt and cold. I had been going to this practice for a number of years. Previously I had seen two female doctors who had both left. Both were very caring and friendly. I will not be going back to this practice now.
