Walking into this facility, I was immediately greeted and helped by Chris. All staff members were really kind and welcoming. I was called in 30 minutes after my appointment time. The lady who called me in apologized for the wait, I appreciate a person who values others time. Although, I had to wait I appreciate the apologies, I understand it happens. I was seen by Dr. Yi Lai MD - I have been going to this group for many years. He did my yearly skin check and he was very thorough- he found a suspicious area and had it biopsied - I never would have thought anything about that particular spot but, I had to have surgery to remove it - it was basil cell carcinoma and I am so GREATFUL he found it! Very conviennent because there are so many offices, but the decor in all of the office is very sterile. Bring sunglasses to avoid the glare.

I like that there isn't a huge push to buy their own skincare products like some other dermatologist's offices. The doctors we've seen are patient, knowledgeable and on the mark. The staff is efficient and helpful. Whether it's making an appointment or getting a prescription called in, it's all very fast, friendly and easy.

I'm not really sure what to rate this. I have no complaints about the office or it's employees. In fact they are all very warm, caring and friendly individuals! However, I had a cyst removed, and I'm not sure how many times she's numbed it, but I felt some of the stitching up part. Where the needle went in. About a week afterwards, as I was taking the dressing off to change it, I noticed it was really red. I came upon Schweiger Dermatology through the Derm Group which merged with them. The office is very clean and well-lit, plenty of seating in the waiting area. The staff is warm and welcoming. They say hello and bring you to the check-in desk immediately. The check-in is very brief and simple. My treatment was handled by Brittany Mallardi, a very pleasant, young PA. I have used them for the last several years. A couple quick observations. I have seen several of their Drs. All seemed to be interested in providing quality care. They answered all my questions and provided sensible and logical treatment. They did Not Push in-house products, and in one case suggested an OTC item. The staff is extremely pleasant and it seems they make every effort to accommodate patients schedules, making appointments etc etc.

Highly recommend! Dr Hametz was not only very thorough but personable as well. Exams like this can be daunting at best but he never made me feel uncomfortable. If anyone in need of a full body check, look no further, Dr Hametz is a star!

Great appointment with Dr. Miller & the staff was so nice. Appointment was on time, & no waiting. Very happy with my experience.
