Arrived at appointed time and was seen immediately! Doctor listened to complaints and performed examination and explained treatment going forward. Just as in any profession, there are many Dermatologists performing surgery with acceptable results. As with any profession, few are gifted. Dr Lai is gifted. He is able to "Close" the difficult areas with ease. Keeps you well informed while quickly performing the surgery with a minimum of fuss. Much appreciated!
Dr Picasia is the consummate professional! He is thorough and addresses all known issues as well as readily identifies any further issues - all while being most personable! The office is well run and appointments are handled extremely efficiently - just said by a medical career professional X25 years!
