Love the doctors. The front office staff was also helpful even though they are working with a new computer system. HOWEVER, Wendy, the person bringing us in the patient room was rude, snarky and short with us insomuch that when the doctor directed her to write down the name of an over-the-counter medicine, she nearly threw the piece of paper at me. Then, upon our departure she rudely directed me on where to pay my copay. It's a shame that due to one person...WENDY.....we may not be visiting this office again.

Sorry, I didn't go through all the reviews before my very first visit here. The office visit was abrupt with little opportunity to ask questions. I was told they would need to charge a credit card if my insurance did not cover the bill but that I would be informed before that would happen. The charge went through on the day of my visit but I was never told. Interesting procedure !! Went to my pharmacist to pick up my prescription and was told it was never called in. Called Schweiger Dermatology to make sure it was called in - was told that it was. Went back to pharmacy and yet again- the prescription was never called in. Granted, I don't have a life threatening situation, but am wondering how many times I have to go through this rigmarole to get my medication. The doctors and office staff in Freehold are phenomenal. When my private dermatologist joined this group I hoped things would be the same. Dr Hametz still takes time with you and the office staff is great. However the Schweiger group is a horror show. Their call center is rude and condescending, results of a biopsy that used to take 5 to 7 days now takes weeks. If it weren't for Dr. Hametz I would stay PA where I live to see a doctor.

I have made two appointments here one for acne and I was prescribed a pill to take along with my birth control and then the same creams I've been using for years? I recently visited the new office. It took me 20 minutes into the complex to find the actual office site. There are no signs anywhere!!!!! Once in the office, which is bright, beautiful and clean, I had to undress in a freezing examining room where there is no screen for privacy or a convenient hook for my clothing. Luckily I love my Doctor..
